Our leadership philosophy starts with character. We use the structure of team sports and mentorship to instill life skills and Character that last far beyond the game.
Building leaders Matters
We believe that while leadership can be learned through basketball, it takes more to develop these qualities in youth. Our academy offers players three primary ways to build their character and leadership impact: on the court, in their communities, and through Magic Elite facilitated mentorship programs.

SEAN SARGEANT
Founder
With 11 years of coaching experience—7 as a varsity head coach and two CIF State Berths—Sean brings global basketball perspective and a Master’s in Sports Administration to every aspect of the academy. He's led programs in Croatia, Italy, China, and Mexico, and brings that insight home to Orange County.
